The syllabus includes the fundamentals of cooking. Theory and practical classes helps with the basic skills in cooking like kneading, chopping and recognizing the various ingredients and their uses. Simple Indian cuisine required for day-to-day use is introduced before proceeding towards specialization in various cuisines. The emphasis is on experimentation and innovation.
